Appreciated as an empathic, analytical thinker and idea generator, Iulia is a Career & Cognitive- Behavioral Coach, an Internal  Trainer and a formally trained Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of Romania' s top three GDP contributors and part of Mercedes Benz AG.

In the the last 9 years, Iulia has coordinated recruitment & selection processes on more than 20 fields, helping over 1.000 young talents, specialists and managers to find a work environment where they could bloom.

Iulia’s mission through her complementary roles is discovering authenticity, highlighting what makes people uniquely valuable & helping them grow in a direction that is meaningful for them. As a Career Coach, she supports candidates in preparing for the selection process by: overcoming blockages, gaining self- awareness, creating a career vision, career strategy planning, emotionally regulating, adapting to changes, building new habits, soft- skills development, creating career deliverables and conducting interview simulations.

She is currently exploring the field of organizational coaching by delivering corporate development programs with regard to the future of work, change management, learner accountability and creating a  strengths- based culture.
