My belief that we define what is possible for ourselves, together with my experience in human resources management, talent acquisition and leadership in the corporate environment have shaped my coaching approach of today.

I bring a +17 years professional journey in HR, that took me from executive search and consultancy for tech clients, to in-house projects, from niche to large-scale transformations, in-corporate start-ups, talent strategy building and HR leadership across 6 countries in the CPG business.

My learning journey also included Senior Practitioner formation in Neuromindfulness Coaching, which happily marries neuroscience and mindfulness to support personal and professional growth, as well as Career Coaching certification as of 2022.
