  • Call people in our database that asked to be called 

  • Discuss about their needs, current situation and qualify the leads 

  • Explain convincingly our service offering 

  • Follow-up with calls and emails

Assignment examples:

  • Ongoing analysis of our current programs to identify what works and what could be improved in the design 

  • Propose improvements and discuss them with the team 

  • Create new programs from scratch 

  • Imagine and build mastermind and workshops session design 

  • Define learning objectives

  • Find the appropriate activities and tools for each learning objective 

  • Create session support material : powerpoint, handouts, etc 

  • Work with our community in creating innovative sessions

  • Organise the live webinars in collaboration with the facilitator / trainer

  • Coordinate the logistics using Restream and making sure the event appears on all necessary platforms

  • Centralises and assigns specific missions to the different contributors (content writer, visual creative, social media ninja), communicates and keeps track of progression 

  • Makes sure that the final responsible  (ex: social media ninja or the technical master) bring all parts together and publishes the information on the intended platform

  • Create visual templates and customized specific ones for social media posts : Instagram Posts / Facebook Posts / Instagram Stories / Facebook Stories / Instagram Puzzles / Instagram Carousels / Facebook Carousels / Pinterest Posts / LinkedIn Posts

  • Create a brand identity book 

  • If possible, create customized illustrations & symbols that can be used for all of the above

  • Bonus: video editing and gif creation

  • Establish an editorial calendar of posts and appearances in social media 

  • Come up with creative ideas on how to engage our audiences

  • Update website information and options depending on the developments needed 

  • Upload pages/ information about events, workshops and masterclasses

  • Assists the facilitators and trainers to put up the events using broadcasting tools

  • Motivates different stakeholders to write content (articles, posts, testimonials etc) 

  • Coordinates the posting of those contents on the needed platform 

  • Stays in tune with the best tools for career development

Assignment examples:

  • Curates the latest research on career development related subjects 

  • Comes up with inspiring ideas to share with our stakeholders  

  • Coordinates with the social media ninja on content needed for the social media posts following the editorial calendar to ensure the delivery of materials

  • Develops related content for all platforms such as : email marketing, articles, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram…), youtube 

  • Uses search engine optimization strategies in writing for a better visibility and search results

Assignment examples:

  • Train the Career Shift workshops and masterclasses 

  • Facilitate the core Career Shift evolution program in Zoom setting with 20 to 40 participants 

  • Delivers any other training programs developed by the L&D wizards and the management team

  • Proposes adjustments in the program as needed

 

Assignment examples:

  • Ask from each coach a description and a photo and ensure they appear on the Career Shift website (and other platforms used for this) 

  • For each coaching demand, find a match between the client and the coach in terms of profile and calendar availabilities

Assignment examples:

  • Establish a SMARTER coaching contract with your client in the first session 

  • Facilitates coaching sessions as per established agenda and tracks client’s progress 

  • Adjusts the coaching path depending on client’s development

Assignment examples:

  • Participates in attracting and selecting new contributors 

  • Transmits the vibes and insides of our organisation in terms of culture, mindset and our mission in the world

  • Explains the different programs : the Career Evolution collective coaching program, the Masterclasses, Career Talks, Career Coaches Certification, etc 

  • Explains who is doing what in the organisation and how the contributor will collaborate with other people in the projects 

  • Makes sure to keep our contributors in the loop, engaged and motivated even when they do not have active missions
