Hello, I am Alina Vilau and I’m a career and solution focused coach. 

I have experience in a wide range of working environment: big international corporate company in banking (Brd GROUPE SOCIETE GENERALE), owning a small business of flower design (Just blossom), in a Romanian construction company (Alu Design Construction Civile) and now having my own coaching business. 

I love people, I’m curious about nature in general and human nature in particular. I have learned from my own experience that we can grow only in relationships. I feel I can be a support for other people in their own journey because it’s very easy for me to see the light in others and I have the belief that we all have within all we need to fulfil our goals.

My core values are: freedom, truth, friendship, empathy and integrity. I’m very fond of the philosophy of Solution focus coaching “Problem talk creates problems, solution talk creates solutions.” Steve de Shazer and I have been using it in personal and professional relationships.
