Position Summary
We are expanding our B2B Sales Partner Network. We are looking for experienced sales professionals or HR consultants who want to leverage their corporate connections to sell high-value, high-impact HR projects.
This is an autonomous role where you act as a strategic consultant, identifying business needs and matching them with Career Shift’s expert solutions. You will be part of a curated network of sales partners, benefiting from a high-reward commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with key decision-makers (HR Directors, People & Culture Managers, CEOs, and Department Heads).
Solution Selling: Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points and present tailored Career Shift proposals.
Pipeline Management: Independently manage your sales funnel from initial contact to contract signing.
Collaborative Design: Work closely with the Career Shift delivery team to refine custom offers based on client feedback.
Networking: Represent Career Shift in professional business environments and HR communities.
Requirements
B2B Sales Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional services, consulting, or HR.
Strong HR Network: An existing portfolio of corporate clients or deep connections within the HR and People & Culture community in Romania.
Consultative Approach: Ability to sell "intangibles" and complex solutions rather than off-the-shelf products.
Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing long-term corporate accounts.
Independence: Self-starter mindset with the ability to work without supervision.
