Empowering Entrepreneurial Young Women: A Journey with CAPSULE
CAPSULE is an Erasmus+ European program, organized in Romania, Hungary, and Croatia by Impact Hub Bucharest, Impact Hub Budapest, Impact Hub Zagreb, and Career Shift, aiming to support young women in developing entrepreneurial spirit through the creation of a strong learning community, mentoring sessions, coaching, and entrepreneurial skills development.
In today's rapidly evolving world, continuous learning and personal development are essential, especially for those embarking on entrepreneurial journeys. At Career Shift, we're proud to champion the growth and empowerment of aspiring female entrepreneurs through this transformative program - CAPSULE.
After the program launch in 2023, 35 participants from Romania, 25 from Hungary and 35 from Croatia have embarked on an incredible learning journey, experiencing a blend of intensive training sessions, individual coaching, and invaluable networking opportunities.
Intensive training during Residential Weekends
Through three residential weekends, either online or offline depending on their cohort, participants delved into various aspects of entrepreneurship. Led by international trainers and certified career coaches by Career Shift, these trainings focused on self-leadership, emphasizing the importance of understanding oneself, cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, and aligning personal and business goals. Subsequent weekends dove deeper into the entrepreneurial process, guiding participants through the intricacies of startup basics and business development, working with essential tools and topics such as the Business Model Canvas, financial literacy and digital marketing strategies. Beyond acquiring knowledge, these weekends fostered a sense of community, where participants supported each other, shared ideas, and built lasting connections.
Individual Coaching
In addition to the immersive residential weekends, participants in CAPSULE benefited from three individual coaching sessions conducted by our certified career coaches by Career Shift. With nearly 300 hours dedicated to these personalized sessions, participants embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery and skill refinement. These sessions provided a platform for participants to work closely with experienced coaches, addressing specific objectives tailored to their entrepreneurial aspirations. Through personalized guidance and support, participants were able to delve deeper into their entrepreneurial journey, overcome challenges, and unlock their full potential.
The individual coaching sessions not only complemented the program's comprehensive curriculum but also served as invaluable opportunities for participants to receive personalized guidance on their entrepreneurial endeavors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
