Catalina has 7 years of experience in Top 5 Consulting firms at global level, out of a total of 15 years exposure to the corporate environment, within various multinational companies. She occupied various management and execution roles in Project Management, Business Analysis, Process Design & Optimization, mostly in Banking and IT industries. She has created and developed a team of young consultants at her employer Deloitte, where she holds a Senior Management position. 

During her corporate experience, she has organized, prepared and delivered over 10 trainings on diverse topics like Project Management, Storytelling, Design Thinking, How to Deliver Presentations, Giving Feedback, Agile Methodology, Lean Six Sigma. She is part of the Internal Coaching Team within Deloitte in order to support coaching adoption at a wider scale within the company.
