Cezara is a Senior Learning and Development Professional with 6+ years of background in soft skills training, employee performance management, assessment centers, implementation of HR strategy, and talent management initiatives. She is responsible for large change management and cultural programs and digital transformation projects within the company she is working for more than 4,500 employees. 

She had successfully designed and managed the implementation of end-to-end processes such as Performance Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management programs. 

During the last few years, Cezara has been exploring her passion for Psychology and the importance of mental health both in organizations and also in a personal context. She has been developing herself in this area of expertise, promoting the importance of raising balanced children for new generations to come, through counseling.
