Denisa has a Business and Human Resources background after working in local and multinational companies in Romania and abroad. During her 3 years in Human Resources working for an Oil & Gas corporation, she occupied various roles in the Recruitment, Employee Branding and Learning & Developent areas and was continuously looking for improvement opportunities in both HR working processes and others employees’ growth and wellbeing.

For the past 2 years and a half, Denisa has been a solopreneur working solely for educational and development purposes, as group Trainer and individual Coach. Her training programs focus mainly on topics such as Communication, Teamwork, Time Management, Critical Thinking, Public Speaking, Career & Vocational Orientation and Self-awareness.

As for 1to1 coaching sessions, she has done over 400 hours so far, focused on topics such as career, self-confidence, time management, communication and public speaking skills.
