With 20+ years in managing teams, across multiple industries such as telecom, outsourcing and cybersecurity, Eugenia had various senior and top management roles in customer service, operations and marketing. After working with Orange, Accenture and Bitdefender, she decided to pursue an entrepreneurial career in coaching and training.

She coaches individuals who want to strive in reaching their professional objectives and people who want to start or enhance their leadership journey. During this process, she brings flexibility, structure, pragmatism, curiosity, a contagious sense of humour and loads of practical examples. Her mission is to be her coachees’ mindset “personal trainer”, supporting them in removing mind barriers, discover new things about themselves and unlock new inner resources. She can deliver coaching sessions in Romanian, English and French and she speaks fluent Spanish.
