Iuliana has more than 15 years in a managerial position, with a focus on career development, change management, and organizational transformation and development. 

Alongside HRM activity, Iuliana is also involved in various coaching, mentoring and personal development projects. She is an ICF accredited coach and a psychologist, combining techniques from various schools, adjusting the style to the needs of each client, and building upon the client’s ideas and thoughts, in order to generate a truly unique process.  Also, her experience as a manager helps her understand better the challenges that the clients face in the business environment.
