With a technical and leadership experience of 25+ years in international organizations, from different industries, Laurentiu has been combining coaching and mentoring as key instruments in his leadership activity, for gradually building individual and organizational success.

In his current position, as Head of Strategy and Improvement with Continental Autonomous Mobility Romania, he continues to apply and promote coaching as the most suitable approach in supporting and guiding organizations in the process of defining and successfully implementing their own strategies.

Having the right people in the right roles, with the necessary awareness and the right set of competence is a prerequisite for having both, successful people and successful (startup or large) organizations. This is what drives Laurentiu in providing support and guidance to both, individuals (for defining, achieving and furthermore developing their desired careers), and to organizations (for ensuring the right culture, leadership and structure).
