She works with individuals, teams and groups in coaching but also delivers leadership learning solutions within development programs she designed and implemented.

As her coaching style, Paula masters a diversity of approaches and methods that facilitates a transformation process that is customized for each client. She is a curious coach and can balance the challenging questions with introspection and explanation of how things work in the background.
